July 2008 Meeting
July 6, 2008
The meeting began on this date at Don Robinson’s home at 5:50pm with a word of prayer.

Secretary’s Report was delivered via email prior to the meeting.
Treasurer’s Report is the same as before with roughly $2400.00
The Web site is coming along. All members are to create a profile to be granted access to the web site. All meeting minutes are going to be able to be uploaded onto the web page.
Tillage Day
Raffle tickets need to be in by Oct. 1st
There was some discussion about the upcoming meetings.
Dave will get me info for upcoming meeting dates and events.
Dave related that the National has made mention that it is very important that there be absolutely NO pictures or articles regarding pulling in the newsletters or web sites.
Joe Rice made a motion to pay a bill for Stephanie for the printing, paper, and ink of the newsletter and Denny Seconded it. Motion Carried. Stephanie will email a bill to Joe Motuzick for the newsletter.
Denny gave an update regarding the raffle ticket sales. We have sold 36 books of tickets. Tractor Mac book sales is going pretty well.
2011 Committee no one present and we will get an update at a later time.
Dave and Denny said that the newsletter is being received well and to keep up the work.
Bylaw revisions will be overviewed for the next month and then at our next big meeting we will nail it down to a finished product.
There needs to be a meeting committee get together to set places to have meetings and dates.
Dave said that there isn’t anything else needed to be brought up, so he motioned to close the meeting and it was seconded by Joe Rice. Motioned carried and we adjourned to eat home made ice cream.
